Delete Your RatNawnAI Account & Data

You can ask us to delete your RatNawnAI account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need to have the app installed to make a request.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

1. Open the RatNawnAI app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. If you signed up with email, enter your password to verify.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

1. Email info@ratnawnai.com with the subject “RatNawnAI - Account Deletion Request”.
2. Include the phone number (and email, if any) registered on your account.
3. We may contact you on that phone number or email to verify that you own the account.
4. We delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days of verification.

Data that is deleted

• Account profile: name, phone number, email address, city and login credentials.
• Photos you uploaded and the images and videos generated from them.
• Credit balance, coupons and app preferences.
• Device notification tokens.

Data that is retained, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records (amount, date, transaction ID) are kept for up to 8 years to meet Indian tax and accounting law. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay, and are never stored by us.
• Server backups and logs may still contain your data for up to 90 days, after which they are overwritten automatically.

Unused credits are forfeited when the account is deleted and cannot be refunded or restored. Deletion is permanent.
